This is BlueLCMS - a lightweight .mzML viewer containing simple tools to analyze Liquid Chromatograpy - Mass Spectrometry (LCMS) measurements.

The code is mostly python.
The software is maintained via a github page: BlueLCMS on github and has an updater that uses code published on that github.
The simlpest way to start is to download the prepackaged installer for your system and let it fetch the latest stable (or development) version:
